Talladega Clay Randolph Child Care (TCR), is a non-profit corporation with locations throughout Alabama. For over 45 years, TCR has provided a variety of programs and services to eligible Alabama children, families and child care providers. Check out the links below for more information. TCR will continue to put our clients and families first.  During the COVID 19 Pandemic, TCR has developed policies and procedures to protect everyone.  Visitors must call and schedule an appointment before visiting any of our office locations.  We are following CDC Health and Safety Guidelines and will limit the number of on-site visitors at each of our locations.  Visitors must abide by TCR COVID 19 procedures, to include wearing a mask and social distancing.  It is our goal to stay healthy and safe.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
